was created for and worn in a scene between Barbra Streisand as Yentl and Amy Irving as Hadass, which does not appear

front. There are black crochet appliqués at the sleeve cuffs. There is a black lace overlay inset down the front
of the bodice. Authentically detailed, it features hook and eye closures and boning at the waist. This was a story
detail for the funeral scene in which Yentl tears her bodice as is ceremonial tradition. The lace portion is torn,
overall delicate though good condition.

Yentl Synagogue Model Set, MGM-UA, 1983 Custom mini scale model, being a Synagogue interior and exterior, constructed
of balsa wood and cardboard, and various materials, including dozens of nicely crafted set items featuring remarkable
details which include a miniature cardboard Rabbi, Cantors, and other congressional figurines, benches, bookshelves,
purposely distressed roof, and removable second floor and roof. Measuring approximately 30 by 21 by 16 1/2 inches.
In custom wood case, measuring approximately 34 ½ by 25 by 20 inches, with affixed Yentl Productions Limited label
affixed to top. This mini model was used to create the full scale Synagogue located in a 1904 eastern European village
setting. The full scale Synagogue appears during the opening scene of the film as Barbra sings the soliloquy recitative
"Tell Me Where." Yentl was Barbra's 15th film. Minor repairs, damage, and losses throughout, overall good
condition.

Christian Dior Academy Awards and London Yentl Premier Ensemble Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, March 24, 1986 Cream
crepe silk full length gown and full length coat, gown having spaghetti straps and a side slit on the skirt, bodice
and upper portion of the skirt adorned with silver sequins, white and iridescent bugle beads in bias strips, hook
and eye, snap and zipper closures at the side of the dress, lined with a cream synthetic blend, together with full
length over jacket of matching cream crepe silk and fully lined. It has hidden deep side seam pockets, no labels.
Barbra wore this at the 58th Annual Academy Award Ceremony in 1986 where she presented the best director award to
her friend and director Sidney Pollack, for Out of Africa. She also wore this for the London premier of Yentl where
she was photographed with the Princess Royal. Light spotting and staining on the jacket, staining on the edge of
the left sleeve, light wear and some minor bead loss, overall in very good condition.

antique style skirt, shell being pink taffeta with lace trim at the bottom, overlay of cream lace and sheer organdy
net, decorative ribbon woven through portions of the skirt, lace in floral and leaf design, featuring crocheted
lace "B" at the front knee level, zipper and hook in back. Barbra wore this for the televised event The
Stars Salute Israel at Thirty which was held at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles and shown on ABC TV
on May 8, 1978. There is one separation of the lace from the ribbon waist band at the upper right portion, light
wear, overall very good condition.
