Mirror Has Two Faces Apartment Model Set, Columbia Pictures/Barwood Films, 1996 Custom mini scale apartment model
set featuring a complete mini scale interior of Gregory Larkin's (Jeff Bridges) apartment with furnishings, notated
with schematic information throughout, including "Greg's Apt." in architectural pencil, constructed of
heavy cardboard and foam core, measuring approximately 30 by 23 by 5 1/2 inches. In custom wood case, measuring
approximately 36 by 30 by 12 inches. Minor repairs, damage, and losses throughout, overall good condition. This
model apartment was created to depict Gregory Larkin's apartment in the 1996 comedy drama directed by Barbra Streisand,
The Mirror Has Two Faces. Many rooms featured in the full scale apartment set can be seen in seen throughout the
film.

A Collection; Greatest Hits Album Artwork Proofs, Personal Collection This lot features artwork from A Collection;
Greatest Hits.And More (Columbia Records, 1989) and includes graphic art packaging composites for compact disc,
cassette, and LP formats. Present are 16 printed proofs, ranging from 9 by 12 ½ inches to 20 by 27 inches (some
duplicates). Overall good condition. Also present is a letter on CBS letterhead, dated August 21, 1989, to Barbra
Streisand signed, "Nancy," mentioning the warm earth tones used in creating the artwork. In part: "I
had second thoughts about the reddish-brown color and beige borders. There might be some difficulty at the printer
maintaining the skin color you like with all the red ink on the press. The lighter color background would eliminate
that possibility..The album cover now ties in terms of layout and borders." The album, released on Columbia
Records in 1989, was Barbra Streisand's fifth compilation and was produced by two time Grammy winner Andrew Lloyd
Weber.

Autographed Guilty Album Cover, Columbia Records, 1980 romotional LP copy of Guilty, 12 3/8 by 12 ½ inches, inscribed
in black in ink on recto at lower right, "Happy Days- Barbra Streisand." The artwork on the gatefold style
jacket present features a posed Barbra Streisand and Barry Gibb in various intimate studio portrait poses on the
recto, verso, and inner gatefold. On Guilty, Bee Gee's singer Barry Gibb took on roles as both singer and co-producer.
He sang two duets with Streisand, including the title track as well as "What Kind of Fool," which were
both hits. The album received worldwide success and reached number 1 on Billboard's Pop Album charts. It remains
the biggest selling album of Streisand's career and won a Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal by Duo or Group. Very
light wear to surface, overall excellent condition

inscribed in black in ink on recto at lower left, "Best Wishes- Barbra Streisand." This fine Streisand
1981 compilation included two newly recorded songs, "Memory" (from the musical, Cats) and the Top 40 hit
"Comin' In and Out of Your Life." It also features a re-recorded version of "Lost Inside of You,"
(a previous duet with Kris Kristofferson from "A Star Is Born") as well as seven tracks from the previous
eight years of her recording career. Memories reached number 10 on the Billboard Pop Album charts. Light wear to
surface, edges lightly rubbed and bumped, overall excellent condition.

Dress Designed by Barbra Streisand, Washington Press Correspondents Dinner, 1963 Custom satin shell dress, having
wool jersey over skirt and bodice, short cuffed sleeves, scoop neck and empire waist. It is cleverly and simply
decorated with buttons in ascending size down the front of the gown, with corresponding faux button holes. There
is a zipper in back. Barbra was invited to sing at the Washington Press Correspondents Dinner attended by President
John F. Kennedy on May 24, 1963. During the evening she met the president while wearing this dress. Two tiny holes
in wool on the upper back and one at the lower front, overall excellent condition.

Arnold Scaasi Gown and Jacket, Personal Wardrobe Fully lined cream wool jacket trimmed at the collar and cuffs in
fur and accented with rhinestones and beads. The full length dress with empire waist consists of a silk bodice with
silk chiffon overlay, decorated in floral motif with straw threads and unique rhinestones and beads. The skirt is
cream colored wool. Dress zips up the back. The designers label is in the dress and the jacket. Barbra first wore
this designer ensemble to the Los Angeles premiere of Hello Dolly in 1969. Barbra also wore this ensemble and was
escorted by former Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau when she attended a party at the National Arts Center
in Ottawa in celebration of the centennial of the province Manitoba in Jan. 1970. There is some staining on the
cuff sleeves and a bit on the collar. Overall it is in excellent condition.

tires, rear door. Interior features many amenities including front bucket seats, duel air and heat conditioning
unit, CD player and receiver at drivers console, built in rose upholstered sofa with matching pillows, several overhead
storage cabinets, Sony television, Sony VCR, Panasonic AG-2400 VCR, table nook area, car phone, Venetian blinds,
mini refrigerator, toilet, shower, kitchen sink, mini stove with three burners, custom needlepoint artwork featuring
a mobile home, reading "Mobile Home Sweet Mobile Home" at bottom area, electrical outlets, fire extinguisher,
and additional wood paneling. For many years, this unique mobile home has been owned and used by Barbra in lieu
of limousine or car service. It has also been used by her for additional privacy on several film locations. Currently,
